All possible medical tests should have been done on the baby when he arrived at the hospital to determine what was the ACTUAL cause of his illness. Not to have done so shows gross negligence on the part of the hospital and attending physicians.

Andrea Psoras the doctor's antibiotics prescriptions for mother 4 days after baby's birth may have eroded the baby's ability to deal with the vaccines at nine months. And the vaccines could have been contaminated. The antiobiotic the mother took later that produced the diarreha in the baby probably produced an electronic imbalance - leached out in the baby, and thus the heart irregularity; heart muscles needs proper electrolyte balance to functionproperly. The baby perhaps was shaken in the hospital. The baby left the parents' hands and no way to tell if medical records at the hospitals were falsified. And if the other practitioners who had given the mother flawed advice were also on the staff of either hospital attempting to cover for medical incompetence, difficult to tell, but manipulated to make it appear as if parents were responsible. Doctors would know the effect of mother's antibiotics while she was breastfeeding and effect on baby are more responsible for the death than the mother unless they warned her about the blow back from the antibiotics to her and the baby, told her how to remedy the sideeffects and she failed to take their advice. There is no reflection of this in the material provided to me.

Barbara Rogers What has happened to "innocent until PROVEN guilty"? There is no proof that Alejandro did anything except to rush for help. There has been no trial, and Alejandro is in prison. WHY? Because someone erroneously decided to fling accusations without looking at what else could have caused dear Lucas to die. With all the available research as to OTHER PROVEN CAUSES of the same symptoms, the medical community did not consider these. WHY? The parents of this child were "convicted" and held as "guilty" upon arrival at the hospital - LONG BEFORE Lucas passed away! BEFORE tests had even begun they were held in disdain! WHY? Whereas REAL experts who review the medical records are viewed not as saving the SA/DA's office from making a dreadful mistake, but as competition against them, threatening their reputation or something.
